LSNW - rarely settles for 'Off the shelf solutions' New for 2019 - we have commissioned a brand new 5 Axis Mazak VTC800SDR.
Working closely with Mazak integration and software engineers - LSNW has designed and developed our own machine bed system which is now integrated with the 5 axis machining centre.
This offers us a considerably increased working envelope (3000mm X x 800mm Y x 1200 Z).
The machine was identified due to its UK manufacturing roots and its high end specification.
The fully simultaneous 5 axis movement is operared using the latest Mazatrol Matrix 2 software.
